This months theme was peppermint, I loved seeing all the different entries this month. Nothing says winter like peppermint to me so it was a good way to welcome in winter.

Coleen at The Redhead Baker made a Chocolate Peppermint Cake Roll. Coleen made this for their Christmas dinner and it looks perfect. The chocolate peppermint combo looks like a winner.

Eva at Eva Bakes made peppermint marshmallows. I have never made marshmallows but it is on my to-do list. I bet there would be great in a big old mug of hot chocolate.
Ange at The Tiny Tyrants Kitchen made Chocolate Peppermint Pop Rocks Cupcakes. My first reaction, amazing… I never knew they made pop rocks in holiday flavors. I need to find these.

Yudith at Blissfully Delicious made an easy peppermint bark. I cannot believe I have never made peppermint bark, it’s so easy and so simple. This recipe looks like a perfect place to start.
Jenna at Jenna’s Cooking Journey made peppermint surprise cupcakes. Nothing better then a yummy delicious surprise in your cupcake, another super fun way to add some peppermint flavors.
Stephine at Brownies and Blondies made chocolate peppermint cookies. I love these with just a basic chocolate cookie but then a little peppermint on top.
Heather at Hezzi-D made Candy Cane Fudge. What’s even better is it uses peppermint schnapps not extract. I am not a huge fudge person but I think I need to try this one!
Ammie at Adventures in My Kitchen made peppermint meringues, another thing I have never made. This too makes me want to make them.
And I made the Peppermint Chocolate Chip Bars.
Thanks for the wonderful month girls, it was fun seeing all the different things you have made.
