Teriyaki Kabobs

by Carrie on June 15, 2009

I bought skewers a while back for something, but ofcourse I only need 2 or 3, so I had a whole package sitting around. I decided I want to try kabobs. I am so sad we waited this long to make kabobs they were AWESOME.

We marinated them all day in teriyaki and then assembled with pineapple and mushrooms. The mushrooms kind of just dried up instead of cooking, I think if I was use to those again I would marinate them as well.

I cannot wait to try different kinds of kabobs.

Teriyaki Beef Kabobs (From: Myself)

  • 1 lb. cut up beef (we used stew meat)
  • 1 can chopped pineapple
  • 1 bottle teriyaki marinade

Marinate beef in teriyaki for 6-8 hours.

Put beef and pineapple on kabob sticks, however you would like.

Grill until steak is done.

Kabobs are so fun! I bought a metal set and need to use them more often. My husband would love this – teriyaki is his favorite. And I could eat grilled pineapple everyday!

I’m also a fan of kebabs, it’s a great way to use up leftover steak, chicken, pork, or even shrimp.

I love kabobs. I always put pineapple on them because I love the taste of grilled pineapple.
