This is another pinterest find, at first I was like hum those 4 things together that sounds odd and weird, but then I kept thinking. And decided I had to try it. The end results the flavors really do go well together, this had a bit of a bite but that was my fault for the kind of salsa I had bought. We will be making this again. I think it would actually be good without the sandwich and just eat as a pot roast.
Slow Cooker Three Envelope Pot Roast Sliders (From: Sis Sisters’ Stuff, Originally Adapted From: Plain Chicken)

- 1 3-4 lb beef roast
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 envelope Italian dressing mix
- 1 envelope Au Jus mix
Whisk together water, salsa and seasoning packets. Place roast in slow cooker. Pour seasoning mixture over roast. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-5 hours.
Serve on King’s Hawaiian rolls, top with cheese of choice.

I’d like a bit of a bite in my slider!
