We are slowly getting settled into our new home, the kitchen is mostly done. And with all this eating out Adam and I are craving homecooked food. So here is our menu…
Monday: Most likely dinner out as we have to clean our old apartment
Tuesday: Stuffed Pork chops (any ideas for stuffing?)
Wednesday: Going shopping with my mom, grab dinner at the food court
Thursday: Chicken parmesan
Friday: Something with Kielbasa I would like to try a new recipe (again any ideas?)

I have some kielbasa recipes on my blog.
I like to stuff my porkchops with a few different combos – stovetop stuffing and diced apple, rice and sauteed mushroom/leek and onion. Stuffing with sundried tomato, basil and pine nuts and cook them with red sauce over it.
