My suggestion is just to take some time and search thru different recipe sites. Type in a specific ingredient you want to use and see what kind of dishes it brings up.
How about trying to make risotto. That seems to be a very versatile dish.
Maybe also try experimenting with flank steak.
Hi! Not sure if I can help, but I like to subscribe to some newletters, like kraft.com, allrecipes.com and bhg.com, they have wonderful menu ideas and some send e-mails daily or weekly.

I just tried Giada De Laurentiis’ Penne with Beef & Arugula, and my husband loved it. It also presents nicely and is pretty easy.
