I love sauerkraut, sadly it is not high on Adam’s like list. But recently I was in the mood. I decided to pair it with some kielbasa and that way him and Maddy could eat the kielbasa and I could have some of both. I This was the first recipe that pulled up in my search so I went with it. I liked the throw and go, and thought maybe the added brown sugar would make it semi-ok for Adam. Sadly it did not, but I enjoyed it and they enjoyed the kielbasa.
As a side note if I take a photo of our dinner I HAVE to take a photo of Maddys plate as well. This one was too cute not to share. She will not eat mashed potatoes, not a big potato fan anyway prepared. But if I make them mashed in the mixer where she can help and like the beater she is all for it. So this is the only way we have mashed now so that she will eat them.

Yum! This looks tasty.
Maddy is so stinkin’ cute!!
Maddy is adorable! She looks a lot like you. = )
Looks good to me. I’d be the only one eating it in my house too.
Do you wonder if she thinks its frosting? It is white and made in the same noisy machine.
This is my guess… but it has to taste different but I am not going to complain
