I wanted to make a special dessert for Adam and I, as we were going to have a nice dinner in honor of celebrating 1000 days married. I started thinking what I wanted to make, I have been craving blondies for a while, then remember I had an extra brick of cream cheese I need to use, thus came this recipe. It was sooo simple to whip together… and delicious!!!
I figured since Adam bought me a card and flowers it was only right to take the picture in front of them, YUMMY!

these look amazing Carrie! i will definitely be saving this recipe. yum!
You remind me of my brother – he celebrates every little event in his relationships too! We’re totally unromantic in that sense.
Those look really delicious. I have a block of cream cheese I need to use up and I was planning on making cookies with cream cheese icing, but these look even better!
These look great! Congratulations on being married 1000 days!
I def. need to remember these they look wonderful! Congrats on 1000 days of marriage!
Now this looks awesome! My husband is a big cheesecake fan so I’ll have to put this recipe on my must try list! (I’ve missed commenting on your blog for a bit so it’s so good to have some time and catch up with all your cooking/baking!
)
Do you bake the blondies first? I see you preheat the oven, but it doesn’t say to bake them before pouring the cheesecake over the blondies………………..
I did not bake them first, bake them once you pour the cheesecake over.
These are so yummy! Thanks so much for posting this recipe. My husband and I totally love them
