Have you heard of biscoff spread? If you haven’t you are missing out, but at the same time you might not want to know what it is. As once you start it’s hard to stop yourself. 😉 It’s similar to Peanut Butter but made from a biscoff cookies. It is delicious. I was lucky enough to win a CASE from the company. Out of the 8 jars I shared 6 with friends and family. I kept 2 for myself. Other then on bagels and toast I knew I wanted to bake with it too.
These cookies, oh man they are SO good! Perfectly chewy and chocolatey and just all around awesome.
