I have been searching for ways to get more protein in my breakfasts as I feel like I am lacking it in the early mornings. So when I saw this recipe I figured I should give a try.
The peanut butter gave this a different texture, but if you can get past the texture the banana peanut butter combo is a good one.
Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie (From:Chiquita)
- 2 whole frozen Bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 (6-oz.) carton non-fat Vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup creamy Peanut butter
- 1/2 cup non-fat Milk
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
