Banana Bread

Did you know last week on Thursday (Feb 23) was national banana bread day. After reading all the tweets I need some banana bread, and thankfully I always keep bananas on hand. When I have bananas going bad, I mash them up in packages of 3 or 4. I then put in a ziplock and freeze. When I need some I just thaw for an hour or so and add to recipe. **The bananas will turn black but that doesn’t affect texture.**

This was a simple recipe to whip up, and also delicious. But then again I have never found a banana bread recipe I don’t like. ;)
