If you called my blog simple, I would take that as a compliment because that is what I am all about. Simple, comforting, down home food that put a smiles on the face of everyone who tries it.
I have always enjoyed cooking and learned how, by cooking for my family. In those years, the food might not have always been a success, but I learned the meaning and importance of a home cooked meal.
I spend my days in the sometimes frigid Twin Cities with my Husband Adam. We have a 3 year old Madalynn (Maddy), and 1 year old Hanna, We also have a chi-rat terrier Peanut.
I hope to share with you, quick and delicious recipes to share with the ones you love. So enjoy the recipes, learn from the challenges I face, and share in a part of my Sweet Life.

Carrie, you once posted a recipe for peanut butter banana muffins where you could add chocolate chips? My kids loved them, but I LOST the recipe! I have searched everywhere, any chance you can repost or send it to me?? Thanks! Your baby is adorable!
