If you called my blog simple, I would take that as a compliment because that is what I am all about. Simple, comforting, down home food that put a smiles on the face of everyone who tries it.
I have always enjoyed cooking and learned how, by cooking for my family. In those years, the food might not have always been a success, but I learned the meaning and importance of a home cooked meal.
I spend my days in the sometimes frigid Twin Cities with my Husband Adam, and our fur babies Mister Kitty, Malibu and Peanut. And our Daughter Madalynn born in November 2009

Carrie, you once posted a recipe for peanut butter banana muffins where you could add chocolate chips? My kids loved them, but I LOST the recipe! I have searched everywhere, any chance you can repost or send it to me?? Thanks! Your baby is adorable!
