Monster Cookies
My Mom, Brother and I made a trip over to WI to see my Uncle and cousins in a play. I was very excited to go because that meant we could stop at Weavers. Weavers is right on the way to my uncles and is a little amish shop they sell everything in bulk most items are at a pretty good price. I normally stock up on pasta here, but this time I wanted to try a few other things. One of the items I bought were Cookie Mix-ins. It had chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, M & M’s, peanut butter chips, and mini chips.

I knew I wanted to make some Monster Cookies, but wasn’t sure the recipe I wanted to use. I posted on The Nest today, for the best chocolate chip cookie recipe, and this was one of the posts. I only made 4 cookies tonight for Adam and I and made the rest into balls for froze so when we want a cookie we can just bake up some fresh ones.
These were really good, and will hit the spot next time I am craving a fresh cookie

What great timing! I was just thinking in the store last night how much I used to love cookies with M&Ms in them!
